Custom and personalized orders
I gladly accept custom orders. The turn around time for custom orders is 8 weeks(not including shipping time). You can contact me for details.
Our shipping day is Saturday.
What day of the week do items ship?
Once orders are processed and items are ready we only ship on Saturdays.
Exchanges and returns cont'd
Items shipped back are the responsibility of the buyer. Replacement will not be sent if the original item is not sent back and arrives in original condition. Please take this into consideration before attempting to ship an item back. Please reach out to me before attempting to send an item back.
Due to the nature of these hand made items I do not accept returns, cancellations or refund requests. I cannot complete an exchange on custom orders.
Items with damage caused by accident, misuse, or lack of care will not be issued an exchange/return/refund.
I work closely with buyers in the planning stages of all items to ensure the item I send you is of superb quality. Please keep expectations realistic as these items are hand crafted.
