Sizing details
Prints usually comes in standard A5, A4, A3, A2, A1, 8x10 Inches, 40x50CM or 50x70CM. I can create them to fit specific frame sizes if you please contact me beforehand so i know what sizing to work too.
Care instructions
All prints are carefully wrapped in lovely tissue paper, i use this instead of cellophane in order to cut down on the use of plastic to help the environment. They are then posted out in a do not bend board envelope or a tube if the print is A3 or larger. Once received your print should be handled with clean hands in order to avoid any possible dirt marks when framing.
Artwork is sent out carefully packaged in the required way to best protect the art, care instructions for the varying pieces will be included in both the listing and on a leaflet in your order.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you want to send one of our prints directly to someone as a gift please ensure you mark it as a gift and i will ensure it is beautifully wrapped.
Orders Abroad
All my prints ship worldwide. Please note due to many items getting lost when going abroad i only offer TRACKED postage via Royal Mail to ensure there are no issues. Prints being sent internationally can take anywhere from 7-28 days, often taking longer over busy periods such as Christmas.
If a print is sent to you and you have not reclaimed this from the post office etc., and it has been returned to me via the postal system for this reason then unfortunately a refund will not be available in this instance.
Do you accept refunds?
In line with the UK distance selling laws refunds and returns are accepted as long as i am notified within 14 days that an item is to be returned. Customers are responsible for paying the return postage and ensuring the prints are carefully packaged and returned in a full resalable condition with no marks or creases, any damage will mean a partial refund is given.
If you item arrives damaged please contact me and ensure you are able to send photographic evidence so i can submit to the courier company. A replacement will be sent to you, or a refund if you prefer.
If an item was posted to you and was not collected from the post office and returned to me, it can be resent to you, however this will be at your cost.
