Throat Chakra (Fifth Chakra) Crystal Infused Essential Oil

The throat chakra is all about speaking your truth, effectively communicating your needs, and expressing yourself. When the throat chakra is out of harmony you may have difficulty speaking truthfully or expressing yourself. You may feel silenced and judged for what you say, feel out of alignment with who you are, or feel out of touch with your will to live. When our throat chakra is in harmony, your will to live is strong and you are able to follow your dreams. You speak your truth.

Throat Chakra Essential Oil includes the following ingredients:

Essential Oils: Lavender, Frankincense, Hyssop, Roman Chamomile

Crystals: Sodalite, Lapis Lazuli, Clear Quartz

Other ingredients: Lavender flowers, Chamomile flowers, Fractionated Coconut Oil

Directions: Shake well and apply to the notch at the base of your throat or onto your hands. If you choose to put the oil onto your hands- rub them together. Friction releases the scent and energy of the oils. Take the time to intentionally connect with your throat chakra. Inhale deeply and say, "May I be in touch with my will to live and may I speak my truth in this world and be heard"
