Returns only, within time limit listed and with the product still being able to resell. I will in no circumstance accept tampered with or destroyed items. Must return in order for refund to be honored. Understand that customer is responsible for return shipping, even if seller shipped free at the start.

We honor the EU law regarding return times. For EU only, customer may contact us within 14 days for returns and customers have 30 days to ship the item back to us in order to receive refund upon receipt of the returned item(s).

All paperbeads and paperbead strips are made with some kind of recycled material. You may see letterings in the back of the papers, this is normal, I reuse mail paper and other kinds of paper, same goes for rolled paperbeads, although you won't see letters or writing unless it isn't painted. All rolled beads come with a thin layer of protection, for enhanced protection, use a glaze of your choice, this is to lower price of production.
The thickness of strips will vary because they get different layers of paint treatment, glitters, etc. and I use recycled papers from different sources so, quality will be effected.

Beads: DO NOT submerge in water. If I list that you can wear in rain, you may, but I use different protection grades of glaze depending on price point. READ ALL descriptions!
Jewelry: all jewelry is either gold plated, silver plated or brass unless otherwise indicated. THIS MEANS do not wear in water, do not operate machinery with them on or prepare food, do not do household activities with them on, you are smart and you know jewelry is for luxury and for going out, not to be working in it! Unless you have an office job, or what you do is not very handy, you should take care of your jewelry with gentleness, even if you paid a really low price.
As with wire jewelry, wire will bend, especially with minimalist design. Just bend back in place.

I offer wholesale in limited quantity. What I have is what I have, I try to offer lower price for increased quantity, but these prices are adjusted in the listing itself, so the price you see is what it is. If you are interested in ordering even larger bulk, message me, understand I do not do customs and will not go outside the styles I have, I may offer you an even bigger discount if you order 100 of an item, case by case basis, you'll get bulk shipping so you'll save there too. Processing time of your order will increase though as most items are made to order and I am one person, so it may take about 8 days to complete processing, you must pay upfront for your order to be processed, and processing time will be indicated in the listing.

Mystery lots are exactly what they are: mystery. Pictures will be enhanced in some fashion to draw attention, but everything is in the details of the listing. Keywords are not absolute, so just because I put "vintage" or such does not mean you'll get that. These are to draw people in, you understand marketing, right? I put everything in the descriptions so READ before you buy, if you have doubts, ask. As such, I price very low to give bargain, so if your expectations are diminished, you won't feel robbed, so when rating, take this into consideration. I love doing these lots because I get to experiment with different styles and materials without the pressure of having to post every single step, and you get something new and unique no one has

Etsy is a HANDMADE platform. As such, you'll receive things that are slightly imperfect, made with recycled, reclaimed materials, and styles that you are not used to seeing. Jewelry is art, and art is innovative, so be openminded when ordering. If you think quality or style is bad, art is beauty and beauty is in the eye of the beholder. When you come and shop here, you are saying that you want something that is "out there" and that you are a iconoclastic person who loves to color outside the lines. So if you are closed minded and you buy from here expecting some factory made product or some perfection and then you rate badly, just know it is YOUR fault for not reading and understanding this shop's mission.

I am highly minimalistic when it comes to packaging, down to the envelopes. unless you have a big order, I will use the smallest possible polymailer. I no longer write handwritten notes or provide free gifts as some people are bothered by them, it costs me extra time and money, and most the time people just ignore it. I use plain plastic ziplock bags or cellophane bags with simple tape. No embellishments. IF you want fancy packaging, you need to label as gift and pay packaging fee, and specify if you want box, paper, or other material. I do not provide my branding or business info in packaging, you have to request it, it saves me money, for in the past I used to provide this, but it's a waste of time and materials. Use less, save earth.

Whatever options pop up in the Etsy database is what is currently available. Do not ask for things like "cash on delivery" or try to scam using other methods. IF you do so you will be found out, blocked, and subsequently reported for presenting with dubious behaviors. This is a pay up front system, you purchase, seller completes order, you receive product.
