We take pride in having work experience with very diverse materials, from wood to paper, to fabric and ceramics. Since 2012, we experimented with all kinds of working techniques and the result is that we specialize in woodwork, paperwork and paper mache, textile design, ceramic work and the obvious combinations between them, which we call mixed medias. We put a big effort in carefully wrapping the items so that they don`t get damaged. All shipping overages will be refunded once your items are sent if the price was less than stated on each listing - If asked, we can provide proof of shipping cost. For boxed items, we occasionally use "reclaimed" boxes from a local farmacy which we sanitize and clean. We mainly use new shipping boxes. We believe nature is important and needs to be protected and we wish to do our part in re-using old paper and cardboard.

Depending on the destination, the package might need up to 7 business days to arrive. If you need your order in a specific time frame please ask us if it`s possible before purchase!
We use DHL Express to ship our items, in order for you to have a safer, better and faster experience.

We do accept returns in some circumstances and will evaluate these circumstances on a case by case basis. We do not accept returns on custom orders or items that arrive back to us damaged. Items must be returned unused and in the condition in which they were received.

In cases of damaged items, photographic proof will be required of both the item and the packaging. This is to confirm the item is damaged and so that a claim can be filed with the post office or DHL if it was damaged in transit.

Refunds are only granted if the item is returned in its original condition within the timeframe specified. Once we receive the item, we will refund the full amount.

We are gladly accepting custom orders and would love to set up a custom listing for you. Also, we basically offer customization on anything in the shop. So if you see a white product and want it in red, all you need to do is ask! Please contact us with what you want and we'll go from there!

Absolutely all items are 100% handmade. The items in our shop might be more expensive compared to similar items because of this, but we take big pride in using our hands to deliver such high quality products.

Please be sure to read the care instruction on each listing. We know our items very well and if the instructions for each listing are not followed, we will not except returns.
