Because my templates are digital products delivered via Internet download, it’s not possible to return them to me. But, if you don’t have a computer with Microsoft Word or PowerPoint (these are needed to edit the templates) or aren’t able to edit and use the template, I'm happy to issue a refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase.

If you find the template you’ve purchased doesn’t have enough space for your text or photos, please message me and I'll help you find a solution.

Yes. All the photos are editable so you can replace them with your own, add more or delete them. Included with your template files is a help guide with step by step instructions on how to do this.

The funeral templates are for personal use only, which means you can use them to make a personal funeral program or matching stationery items for a friend or relative, but they are not for commercial use.
