How are templates edited?
Templates can be edited directly from your browser, using our free online editing tool at Corjl.com.
Feel free to try any templates demo link to see how it works. All editing features available in the demo will be accessible with the purchased version.

Trouble editing a photo template?
For best (and easiest) results, try using Google Chrome browser on a computer. Sometimes using a mobile device to edit can be difficult to add photos or use other editing features.

Where can my files be printed?
You can print your files at several places:
-From your home printer (use JPG file)
-From photo lab, like Walmart (use JPG file)
-From print shop, like Staples (use PDF file)
How are instant download files downloaded from Etsy?
After purchase, your files will be available to download from your Etsy account under "Purchases & Reviews" (files will be available here immediately and permanently).
Etsy will also send you an email with a direct link to your files.

Are Instant Downloads editable after purchase?
No. Instant downloads are sold "As is" and these downloadable files are non-editable.
I am more than happy to modify a design to suit your needs, please, contact me prior to purchase so that I can prepare a custom listing for you :)
