Frequently asked questions
How do you handle international customs fees?
We are happy to ship all over the world! Please understand though if you are in another country other than the US that you may be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your customs office/or postal service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. Great Scott Design is not responsible for these fees or if your package gets held in customs because you haven’t paid your fees.
If your package is in customs and not picked up by you within a reasonable amount of time they will ship it back to us and you will not receive a refund if your item was personalized. If you would then like your package shipped back out to you, you will need to pay for shipping again.
Wholesale availability
Yes, we do offer wholesale and bulk pricing. Please send us a message here on Etsy for more information.
Custom and personalized orders
All of our greeting cards can be personalized or customized. Customization is an additional $2.00 for each order and includes one PDF proof. Please send me a message prior to ordering so that I can create a custom listing for you to purchase.
Do you offer digital downloads of your cards?
We currently do not offer digital downloads of our cards for you to print at home. If you need a card in a rush, please select upgraded shipping at checkout.
I placed my order and realized that my shipping address is wrong! Can you fix it?
Please send me a message on Etsy as soon as possible. If you update your address before your item has shipped, please let me know because it will not update automatically on my end. If your order has already shipped, I am unable to intercept it. I am not responsible if your package goes to the wrong address if you do not communicate anything to me.
If your package is returned to me because of an error in the address you provided, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again via PayPal.
Who is your shipping provider?
I ship entirely through the United States Postal Service. The USPS estimates 2-5 days for 1ST CLASS domestic delivery within the US, which is my standard method of shipping.
If you need your order faster, please select one of the upgraded shipping methods at checkout.
International shipping is also available.
Cancellations
Because I try to ship orders quickly, please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. I cannot accept cancellations if your order has already shipped. If you would like to return your item, please let me know within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once I have received the item, I will issue the refund.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase due to defect or error on my part, please contact me as soon as possible so I can work to make it right!
I need my order by a certain date. What can I do?
For time-sensitive orders, please check the processing time on the listing for how quickly it will ship, then choose the upgraded shipping method that works best for you. Priority Mail usually arrives within 1-3 days after shipping, but it isn’t guaranteed. Priority Mail Express is the only guaranteed ship method to arrive within 1-2 days.
