They are growing as expected to be able to make it through the winter and flourish in the spring. I am so excited to have found these plants that I wanted at a reasonable price and so healthy!

What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
Contact the owner of the shop.
What do I do if my order has shipped, and I don’t receive it within 3-4 days
Contact the USPS with your tracking number to find out there it is.
What do I do if some leaves or stems are damaged when I receive my plants?
Take photos of the damage, and contact the shop owner. Remove any brown or damaged leaves to promote new growth.
What do I do if my order takes longer than 4 days to arrive and Is damaged?
File an insurance claim with the USPS for the full cost of the plant and shipping. Orders are insured for up to $100.
