"The rush order lead time" is 1 day : 1 item (if the design is not complicated the lead time and quantity can be changed, let's discuss.)

Shipping policy
We ship every single item via Thailand post with REGISTERED , we provide tracking number in every orders.
EMS , UPS and DHL is provided , please contact seller.
Refund policy
We check carefully and take photo every items before ship out for our record.
+No refund for Earring and customized and personalized items.
+Damaged/Faulty items/Errors policy will be apply with the replacement or refund.
If buyer choose replacement return shipping cost will be at seller side.
If buyer choose refund , we apologized that the shipping cost won't be refund and the return shipping cost will be at buyer side.Items must be send back with unworn original condition in our gift box
+If the package is returned due to no recipient ( send to correct address),we will reshipp once a reshipment fee is paid.
+If the order is returned refusal, the order will be cancelled and refund by MINUS shipping and 25% restocking fee.
Cancellation policy
Customized and Personalized item must be paid in advance, buyer can cancel the order within 24 hours but apologized that we will have cancellation fee at 15%.
We apologized that the order can not cancel after status of your order is shown as ship out already. (mean you shipment has been ship out already.)
