1 out of 5 starsSuch a beautiful necklace! I just wish it hadn't fallen apart. I contacted the shop in hopes of repair tips or help, but unfortunately no reply. It's a beautiful, beautiful item. I hate to leave a negative review, but I would have appreciated some repair guidance or help.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our items come in branded jewellery boxes, ready for giving. If you order more than one item and would like them in separate boxes - please leave me a message. Otherwise the items might be packed in one box.
What shipping company you use?
I use Polish postal services, which means that once the package arrives in your country, it is handled by your local postal services ( USPS in the U.S.A. , Australia Post in Australia, etc. )
Which shipping option should I choose?
We offer two types of shipping:
STANDARD SHIPPING - items are send via registered air mail. Full online tracking works in the EU and a number of other countries (contact me if you want to be sure). NO online tracking in USA, Canada or Australia.
TRACKING - a Global Express package, offers full online tracking, suggested for the following countries and territories:
Australia
Canada
Hongkong
Israel
New Zealand
Singapore
South Korea
Turkey
USA
Average delivery times are the same for both types of packages. So if you live in Europe, the standard shipping is perfect for you. If you're ordering to the U.S. and would like to have online tracking or you had issues with USPS deliveries before, I suggest the second option.
