I am absolutely delighted with it, and will certainly return for further items in the future. I was also very taken with the lovely packaging; it was one of the nicest parcels I have ever received, and it was so nice just to look upon and hold that it was only the knowledge of what it contained that spurred me on to open it fairly quickly -- it was a joy to open, too!

What if I have more questions on your shop policies?
These are Etsy standard policies. I want to keep your transaction running as smoothly as possible and this is the best way to ensure that. However I am very approachable so please ask if you have any questions at all.
How do I care for my new antique and vintage items?
Generally the items I here sell are pretty robust. However, I recommend hand washing with gentle, non-biological detergents, and laying flat to dry. Spray starch can make antique cotton wonderfully crisp but it is not recommended for long term storage or other fabrics, so if you are a collector and do not want to use your items I would always recommend washing them first to remove traces of starch. If there are any additional care recommendations I will let you know in the product listing.
Can you organise expedited shipping?
Absolutely! I can ensure international items arrive within 5 business days of posting for an additional charge. For UK customers next day delivery is available as a shipping upgrade option. Contact me for details of these services.
What if my parcel is lost in the mail?
I use a tracked shipping service and you will receive tracking information in your dispatch note. It is unlikely, but If your parcel becomes lost please let me know and I can try to help to find it. The carrier states that I must wait 3 months from posting before the parcel can be declared as officially lost. After this time you will receive a full refund.
Do your items smell old?
Generally my items are laundered, fresh and ready to wear. Occasionally I stock fragile items and these may be un-laundered but this information will be in those listings.
What is the returns process? (purchases before 30th Nov 2018)
EDITED My returns policy has recently changed, the following applies to purchases made before 30th Nov 2018.
I like to offer my customers the reassurance of an easy return process. If you would like to return your purchase, you must notify me within three days of delivery. Please note that unless your item is 'not as described' I cannot refund the outward postage cost. Additionally I will deduct a nominal 10% re-stocking fee from your refund to cover my shop fees for your purchase. Again this fee is not applicable where the item is 'not as described'. Refunds will be issued within two days of the item being received by me, provided that it is in 'as shipped' condition and you have retained all packaging.
Do you accept returns?
No, all sales are final, but don't hesitate to contact me with any issues.
