Hi there. Welcome to this little corner of my world - I live in a small village at the foot of the Vosges mountains in Alsace, France and the vintage items in this shop have been selected by me from antique shops, vintage stores and flea markets. I cannot always be sure of the age of each item but I only offer them for sale if I believe them to be at least 20 years old and in the absence of any tangible proof, I decide this to the best of my ability.

Items are stored in a non-smoker and pet free environment.

Different shops on Etsy have different policies and procedures. We would recommend that you read shop policies and double check listing information prior to making purchases to avoid any unnecessary disappointment. I send everywhere WORLDWIDE - Please don't forget that I live in FRANCE, please be patient.

* I send my packages worldwide by first class priority airmail, Paquet Prio International or Colissimo with La Poste and I will always inform you immediately after I have shipped your item. Time required for delivery is usually between 7 and 30 days. Sometimes more, especially if the customs in your country create extra delays.
Should you require insurance and signature upon delivery, please don't hesitate to add the upgrade available at checkout or contact me.

*La Poste imposes a two-kilo maximum (4.5 lbs) weight limit on regular priority airmail packages. If your purchases exceed two kilos, I might will have to divide these up and send them to you in two or more boxes. I will inform you if this is the case for your order.

*Please note that I will always ship to the address given by Etsy. If you want me to ship to a different address, please indicate this in your Message to Seller.

*Customers outside of France are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties associated with importing into their respective countries. Please note, international import duties, taxes and tariffs are not included in the shipping quote and are the buyer's sole responsibility. Please be aware of your country's regulations before you order. Please note that any and all customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

*Regrettably sometimes packages can go amiss on their journey to you, I cannot do anything about this and I do hope that, if there are any problems however, we can find an amicable solution.

* I always wrap the items very carefully and safely but if an item arrives broken beyond any damage mentioned in the listing I refund in full. I may require you to return the item (I will also cover these costs) or I may just ask for a photo of the broken item and its packaging.

*If a parcel is returned to me due to it being unclaimed from local sorting offices after a failed delivery, or if there was an error in the address supplied to me, the buyer will be responsible for repeat postage costs. Alternatively, when we have received the item, we will refund the cost of the item minus the postage charge paid and minus a 10% relisting fee.

*Keep in mind that all vintage items are in vintage condition and sold as is, they may have some flaws, dents, scratches etc. I describe any major flaws or imperfections in the item listing and where possible I include photos of defects. Please ask questions or request additional photos if needed before you commit to purchase as I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please do not buy if you are expecting an item in 'new' condition unless specified in the listing.

*I would hope that, in the unlikely event of any problems occurring, on either side of the transaction, it can be resolved politely, amicably and with understanding.

*RESERVATIONS -I am happy to reserve items for an agreed period of time, please contact me to agree the length of reservation. If the item is not purchased within the timescale agreed I will have to relist it in the shop.
