The product description was clear and Ayelet was kind and accomodating in our correspondence. The package was sent promptly and arrived with plenty of time to spare before my mom's birthday. 1 out of 5 starsI had a bad experience with this seller. I ordered my item ( gift) on November 18th. It didn't arrive for weeks. I began contacting the seller in the 2nd or 3rd week of December. Unfortunately, the seller, although responsive to my emails, didn't give me a refund when requested after a month or Make any effort to try to make me feel as though Shewas being responsive. It wasn't until I opened an etsy case that the seller provided a refund. The scarf is lost somewhere . I won't be dong business with this seller again.

Dear Cynthia, I'm so sorry for your inconvenience. Please believe me, if there was anything else I could do I would. As you know, Halloween+Black Friday+Cyber Monday+Christmas+New Year Eve=immense overload on the mailing systems worldwide. Unfortunately it is beyond my control. I offered you various forms of compensation: another delivery,a gift card and a refund. You chose to ignore my suggestions, refused to wait a bit longer (in spite of Etsy policy), and only focused on the refund, which you received. The problem lies within the mailing systems,not with my product, which I'm sorry you didn't get a chance to enjoy yet. Please understand, your satisfaction as a valued customer of my shop is my top priority. I wish you happy holidays & very good new year!

Washing:
You can hand-wash the scarf with mild detergent,
dry in a clean puffy bath towel and gently iron-dry it (low temperature!) while still wet.
Please keep the scarf away from chlorine, clorox and alcohol.
