What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?
I use USPS as our primary shipping carrier. Items may be sent either First Class, Ground or Priority Mail. For larger and heavier packages, I will use FedEx Ground or Greyhound.
Can I Get My Item Delivered Faster?
I can sometimes send items via overnight mail or another fast shipping option if you contact me prior to purchase. Extra shipping charges may apply.
Where Do You Ship?
The shipping prices on each listing is for the lower 48 United States ONLY.
Large items may cost more to ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact me prior to purchase for a custom shipping quote to Hawaii and Alaska.
I'm sorry, I do not offer international shipping.
When Will You Ship My Item?
I will ship an item 1-3 business days from receipt of payment. I will ship larger or heavier pieces within 3-5 business days.
Can I Pick Up an Item Locally?
I live near Wichita, Kansas and welcome anyone who would like to pick up an item locally. Please message me prior to purchase to arrange for this option.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If, for whatever reason, you decide you do not want the item, I will cancel an order if notified within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not already been shipped.
Cancellations are not accepted after after an item has been shipped even within the 24 hour time period.
What If My Item Arrived Damaged?
If an item is damaged in the shipping process,I will give a partial to full refund based on the amount of damage. Photos or other proof of the damage must be sent to me within 5 DAYS of receipt for consideration of this refund.
Do You Accept Returns?
I accept returns on certain items. Please see individual listings to see if returns are accepted on it.
Large or heavy items are no returns due to the high shipping cost.
- You must contact me before returning an item.
- Buyer will pay return shipping and will not be refunded the original shipping cost.
- The item must be received in it's original condition within 2 weeks to receive a full refund of purchase price.
- If an item is lost in return shipping, a refund will not be given. The buyer is responsible for filing a shipping insurance claim.
- If an item is damaged in return shipping, no or partial refund will be given.
