Extremely expensive to rush the order and absolutely no customer service provided with that price tag

Thank you for your purchase. Your order was ready to ship within less than 24 hours of purchase. There was plenty of contact between myself & the buyer. Buyer contacted me on Dec 17th which is the busiest week of the year because her order arrived with an error which was not by fault of My Primitive Boutique. Buyer repetitively changed the personalized info and provided incorrect info for her personalized item. I do get a bit behind in etsy messages during busy seasons as I work solo and ask that you read ALL info provided as 99% of the time the answers can be found in the descriptions, announcement page & policies.
