An idea born in admiration of a gift shop on vacation, nurtured until an affirmation of seeing a single poppy on top a hill that launched our lives on a new course. Kayla shared her vision of a paper and gift shop and got to work. We learned a million wrong ways to do things from hand cutting stickers to trying to do it all ourselves.

Now we have two gift shops downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, where we call home. They are next to one another in the heart of our city where we work hard to create a space that highlights the best creatives in the Midwest as well as our own handmade goods. Currently around 50+ local creators help us to do that on in our store.

We are lucky to own a laser, embroidery machine and other tools that allows us to bring a range of ideas to life. Our hope is to empower other creatives through our space and employ our community with livable wages while forging a life that leaves the world better then we found it.
