How long after I place my order can I expect my order to be shipped?
My usual processing time is 1-3 business days. Processing time for handmade items mentioned in each item description. You can find your "expected ship date" during checkout.
How long does it take for order to be delivered?
Approximate average delivery times for Standard Shipping is 2-4 weeks.
Express Shipping will arrive in 2-4 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: during holiday season it may take much longer due to post overload for you packages to be delivered.

I still have not received my order. What should I do?
It often happens that delivery attempt was made but you were out of home. Then your package is on your local post office.

I am sending with standard airmail service with tracking number.
There is nothing I can do within 30 days from shipping date.
If your order has not arrived after 1 month from shipping date, I will initiate an official "lost package" case with my local post office. They will respond within 40 days. In 99% cases you will receive you package within next 2 weeks.
Refunds on returned orders
If the order returns to me as Unclaimed, refund will be send excluding 10% of order value, but no less that $10.
If you cancel the sale, in the time established as 1 hour after the purchase, I'll refund you the full amount.
I will not accept returns and will not refund if you "did not like the item", or you think the item was not as described.
Express shipping
You can choose upgrade for Express shipping in the cart in drop down menu of shipping cost.
Express shipping will take 2-4 business days to arrive and requires signature on delivery.
Please provide your phone number for courier in personalisation box.
Your parcel won't be sent without phone number.
