What are your hours?
Please note, I am in Australia so our time zones may vary.
My hours for processing orders and queries are Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm. I am closed for all Australia public holidays.
I do not answer queries over the weekend but will reply on the next business day.
How long does it take to receive my order?
PERSONALISED FILES: Are emailed within 3 days (Mon-Fri).
You will receive "Ready To Print" files, as this reduces your wait time if you do not require changes.
EDITABLE FILES: Can be edited as soon as you activate your access link, in the email (sent to your Etsy registered email address) Files are editable for 6 months.
How many changes can I make?
PERSONALISED FILES: You can make as many changes to the wording as required. If a colour chart is attached to the listing images - you can change the colours of the design as well.
TEMPLETT FILES: You can edit text colours and styles and potentially move some elements. Major design changes may incur an additional fee.
Are your items digital or printed?
All of my files are digital items only. This means that you will receive a digital file to the email address listed on your Etsy Account. Be sure your email is up to date. You may print your order at home or at a print shop. Turnaround time is 2-3 business days
Does my file contain "real" glitter/foil?
No. The files are computer generated images only so the faux glitter or gold foil is an image and should print how you see it exampled on screen if using a decent ink jet printer or photo lab.
Do you provide proofs before purchasing?
No, I do not at this time. Purchases must be done prior to receiving any proofs or invitations. A lot of time is put into designing custom orders, which takes me away from working on exiting orders, which is unfair on my customers who have paid for their designs and are waiting on their files :)
How do I send my photo to you?
Send via an Etsy message, or via e-mail (easyinvitations@outlook.com). Please reference your order if emailing.
Please send your uncropped photo as large as possible (300dpi or higher). Please don't resize the image so it is smaller to send through, as this will affect the quality of the photo. EasyInvites cannot be held responsible for your photo quality.
By purchasing, downloading and printing any photo invitations, you are agreeing that you own or have exclusive right to use the photograph e-mailed to me. You are also agreeing to take full responsibility for any misuse or copyright infringements. If they contain a watermark (photographer's logo), you will be asked for a print release. I also cannot edit them out.
Are Instant Download files editable?
No. Unless specified in the item details that it is an editable product. All instant download files are downloaded as flattened PDF files.
I will also not receive any notes associated with an instant download order as these are processed through a different part of Etsy and don't drop into my orders list.
Do you offer refunds?
Because payment is for my work only, I cannot offer a refund once your files have been sent or an Instant Download file shows as having been downloaded. I will offer a refund if you have purchased an editable file but you have not accessed the design.
Can you show me a mock up before I purchase?
Absolutely, please note though, as of June 2017 a $5 design fee will be required to help account for the time it can take to create your unique design, from sourcing artwork, creating several designs and all the time spent editing between.
You will be sent watermarked, low resolution mock up files to view.
If you decide to purchase the mocked up design, this fee will be deducted from your purchase price and you will receive high resolution files, without watermarks.
