Because of the jump rings that Sam gave - I have decided to use them multiple ways - as an ornament on my tree now and once the Holidays are over , I will use them as pendants or charms. Sam constantly kept in touch with me throughout the order to make sure they are made as per my specifications . Also I got them before time .I will order again and recommend Sam to everyone

If my item is broken, am I able to return it?
If it hasn't arrived damaged, no. However, if you are responsible for it's damaged condition, we can repair it most of the time, for a very small price. But if there is a problem, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, your satisfaction is our number 1 priority!
