5 out of 5 starsI have received my printed artwork and this print is gorgeous. Even better in real life than on the screen. I had a couple of questions before getting this printed and David was very quick to respond and assist. Very happy with this purchase.

5 out of 5 starsReally pleased with the Images and were exactly what I hoped for, hi-res and great composition. Fitted the 'beachy' feel that I was looking for. Easy to download and I sent them to a superb framing company (WhiteWall) that I had used before and they now take centre stage in our new guest bedroom. Very happy!

Custom and personalized orders
Unless damaged during shipping, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on prints larger than 16 by 20 inches, canvas wraps of any size, or large custom-sized prints; all sales of these items are final. Also, all shipping charges for these items are non-refundable.
Should your order be damaged during shipping, please take a photo of the damaged item(s) using your smart phone or camera. Also be sure to photograph the damage to the outside of the packaging; this will be very helpful for filing an insurance claim. Once I verify the damage, I will resend or refund your order right away.
What paper should I use for printing?
I prefer the look of a high quality matte surface paper, but for subjects with bright colors and saturated colors, many people prefer glossy or metallic surface papers. It really comes down to a personal choice.
One consideration: If you're planning on placing your print in a frame without a matte, then the print will come in direct contact with the surface of the glass. For this application, I would recommend a matte surface paper. Various problems can arise when glossy papers are placed in direct contact with glass.
For printing note cards at home, I recommend Red River Paper. They sell some wonderful matte surface papers designed specifically for note and greeting cards, including a square format option!
Sizing details
Because my images are offered in a variety of sizes, some minor cropping will occur dependent on each image's size ratio. Make sure to view all the accompanying photos with each listing to see these differences.
Requests for a digital file larger than 24x36 will incur an additional $2.00 cost applied to the item.
How should I print a digital download?
You can print your files...
1) By uploading your file(s) to your local print shop or store. Costco, Staples, and Target all offer printing services. Also check your area for a local professional photo-finishing lab, which may offer a wider variety of product options.
2) By uploading your file(s) to an online photo-finishing service. Four services that I can recommend are White House Custom Colour, Bay Photo, Shutterfly, and Nations Photo Lab.
3) At home using your own inkjet printer and paper; fun to do!
Do you offer framing services?
While I don't offer framing at this time, quality frames can be found right here on Etsy! One of my favorite shops is Cheeky Sheep Wood Shop. Here's the link:

Explore the frame options at regional outlets of large retailers like Michaels Craft Stores, Costco and IKEA. These companies also offer a variety of frames through their online catalogs. Also check out the following frame company websites: arttoframe.com, framebridge.com, frameusa.com, and frameiteasy.com.
Image Use Terms & Conditions

Downloads are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Any use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature, is not allowed.
IMPORTANT:
- Sharing or selling of digital files or printed versions via any online or physical venue is not allowed.

Final Important Note
Online print services are setup so that customers can upload files directly to a dedicated form webpage for printing. You shouldn't ever have to send a file to a printer as an e-mail attachment.
On the rare occasion that you do have to send your file via e-mail, be aware that e-mail applications may compress attached files (dependent on user preferences), possibly resulting in reduced image quality.
