Your order will be available for download once your payment is confirmed. The files won't be emailed to you, you will have to download them from the Downloads page of your Etsy account which you can access at any time by going to You -> Purchases and Reviews.

Please note: Some of my graphics packs exceeds Etsy's file size limit and if your order includes one of these packs you will receive a PDF file with a link and instructions to download the files from Dropbox.

Yes! You can print my papers with any regular (8.5x11, A4) printer too without distorting the original design.

You can adjust the settings on the options menu of your printer to:
a) Print the image at full size and the edges will be cropped automatically.
b) Scale to fit media to print the full image at approximately 8 x 8 inches without cropping.

Download links are sent automatically by Etsy to the same email address registered in your account and I cannot send the files to any other email address. Please make sure to place your order from the Etsy account with the registered email in which you want the download links to be sent.

Due to the DIGITAL downloadable nature of my products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and I cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been downloaded. So please, make sure you have read these FAQs and the full listing descriptions BEFORE ORDERING.

• Returning customers: please check your order history to avoid duplicate orders.

In the event of an exceptionally cancelled and refunded order, you CANNOT use the items of that order for any commercial purpose.

• Personal & educational use is OK.
• Small commercial use is OK as long as you incorporate the graphics into your overall design to create a new finished product, printed or printable. Printable products must be sold flattened in JPG or PDF file format and cannot include any of the source files.
If you wish to create and sell finished planner sticker sheets, my graphics can be used without incorporating any other design elements into the design.

Small commercial use does NOT require an additional license purchase.

Read the FAQs below for information about the acceptable and unacceptable commercial uses and general restrictions.

You MAY use my graphics to create any of the following finished product examples:
Planner stickers, paper crafts, card and invitations design, party printables, photo cards, stationery, bookmarks, organizers, calendars, nail art wraps, Etsy shop covers, branding services, teacher's resources, classroom materials, and similar items.

If your project is not included on the examples above and it doesn't fall under the unacceptable commercial uses or unauthorized uses on the FAQs below, please contact me.

You MAY NOT:
1) Use my graphics to create "commercial use for commercial use" products. Any item you create using my graphics must be for your customer personal use only.
2) Use my graphics to create digital paper, clipart, simple collage sheets, add-ons, vector files or any other product that can be used as a design resource instead of a finished product.
3) Use my graphics to create commercial use digital scrapbooking, smartphone & tablet apps, publications & eBooks, digital collage sheets or digital embroidery designs.
4) Use my graphics commercially if you have a competing shop which also sells digital paper / clipart.
5) Print and resell my digital papers in sheets of paper, vinyl or fabric without my permission.

You MAY NOT:
1) Share, resell or redistribute my graphics.
2) Claim my graphics as your own. Copyright remains with ColoriveStudio.
3) Copyright the artwork in any way, shape or form. I do not authorize copyright for derivative work.
4) Use my graphics to create products on stock photo websites, Zazzle, Cafepress or any other "print on demand" site.

At this time I cannot accept custom orders or special requests; I receive many on a daily basis and I'm struggling to keep up with my busy schedule.
