Frequently asked questions
Shipping
All orders are shipped using USPS First-Class Mail which usually takes about 2-5 business days to arrive to you once shipped. You have the option to switch to USPS Priority Mail at checkout which usually takes about 1-3 days.
Rinacreating is not responsible for the package once it has been marked shipped. If any package is delayed or lost in shipment please understand that is out of my control and you will need to contact USPS directly.
Your Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is updated before proceeding with your order. You have 24hrs to contact me about any error on your order. An item may be delayed if I do not have your correct address on file and need to get in contact with you to correct.
Lost or Damaged Order
You will always receive an email with a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. If for any reason your package gets lost in transit or you see it marked as delivered but did not receive it, that is unfortunately out of our control. Rinacreating is not responsible for items once they have been marked shipped, and we cannot be held liable for mistakes made by USPS. Please contact USPS directly for more information on delayed or lost items.
If for any reason your item arrives damaged, this must be reported to us within 24hrs of receiving. Please make sure to send photo of damage and we will work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction is our number one priority!
Returns
Returns are accepted on a case by case scenario. If an order is accepted for return, it must be in the original packaging it was sent to show there was no usage of product. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return and will only be refunded the price of the product which does not include what was paid for shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. This does not apply to custom orders.
Turnaround-Processing Time
This is the processing time it takes to make and prepare your order to be shipped. The turnaround days are not part of the time it takes for an order to arrive and go by business days only.
USPS is late! Can I get a refund?
If usps is late delivering an order and your event has passed, you have the option of sending back your product in original packaging for a refund on item ONLY. This does not apply to custom orders.
Return to Sender
When ordering, please double check your address that it is correct and not missing any information (ie. Apt # Suite# etc.) Rinacreating is not responsible for returned packages and will only issue a refund on the item ONLY once received. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost. There will be no refund on shipping.
My Templett Order
When purchasing a listing for a digital template for Templett, please make sure your email address is up to date. If you do not see the link in your email, check spam/junk folder. Message us for the link if you do not see the email and we will send in etsy messages.
Holiday-When will my order ship?
If your order is set to ship on a Holiday, please keep in mind the post office is closed and we will ship on the next business day.
