Frequently asked questions
My phone has a case on it - will the phone pouch fit over it?
Yes, but only if you give your case info, including both the case size and case material.
- provide the width + height + depth, and specify the finish eg. Non-slip soft silicone, hard plastic, glossy TPU gel etc.
- specify if there’s a pop socket, kickstand or ring.
Don’t give dimensions displayed on retail websites as they’re usually incorrect.
Or, provide a link to it, or a picture of it. (However, because I’ll have to estimate the case size based on a photo, the pouch will be made larger to ensure it fits.)
Failure to provide adequate phone and case details may result in your order being cancelled.
Please note: custom sizing is not available for the zipped phone bags. (See below).
Can I have a custom sized zipped phone bag?
No, they are only available in 3 sizes:
Small - will fit a device up to 14.5cm x 7.5cm x 1.2cm (5.7” x 2.95” x 0.4”)
Medium - will fit a device up to 15.5cm x 8cm x 1.2cm (6.10” x 3.15” x 0.4”)
Large - will fit a device up to 17cm x 8.5cm x 1.2cm (6.7” x 3.35” x 0.4”)
The above dimensions include any case you might have on your phone.
Are the phone pouches padded?
Yes there is a slim layer of non-bulky polyester padding.
For extra cushioning, 5mm foam padding is available here:

(This will increase the size of the pouch by about 1.5cm)
Can I customise my order?
Limited customisation options are possible, mainly the choice of fabrics and changing very small details on an item, such as removing a button, or adding a pocket, or extra padding.
If you’d like to customise an item in any way, please contact me BEFORE purchasing.
Shipping
Most orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class at £1.95
Estimated shipping time is 1-2 days.
Some orders may be sent Tracked 24, depending on order value.
Orders can only be posted to the address on the order. Ensure the delivery address is correct prior to ordering.
If you need to change the address after purchasing, your order will have to be cancelled and you will then be able to repurchase with the correct address.

Care Instructions
Gentle, lukewarm hand wash.
Air dry only.
Items with felt appliqués should not be immersed in water - spot clean only.
Can be ironed with a pressing cloth between item and iron.
Do not iron velvet side tabs.
Washing may cause slight shrinkage.
