Frequently asked questions
Refunds
Refunds can be granted up to 12 hours after a purchase has been made. After that time, it is at my discretion and issues will be viewed on a case by case basis.
If there is a production error, I will work with you to resolve the issue and options can be discussed. Otherwise, all sales are final. All mistakes need to be reported within 3 business days of delivery scan.
I am not responsible for the product during the shipping process and will not process any refunds due to Post Office error, if the package gets lost, or if it is stolen.
Can I request changes or customizations to your inserts?
Yes, you can, but please message me beforehand so we can have a detailed discussion about the customization. Please know that there is a fee associated with any and all changes made to existing inserts within my shop as well as custom orders.
When will my order ship?
My current processing/shipping time as of January 2020 is 1-2 weeks. More specifically at the moment, my shipping schedule is as follows: whatever orders are placed within a given week will be processed and shipped by Thursday of the following week.
My address is incorrect. Etsy shows a different address than the one I currently have. I forgot to change my address. ETC...
Please, remember to double check your shipping address. If there is a mistake with your shipping address, please let me know BEFORE your order is shipped (based on my current processing/shipping time stated above), preferably as soon as you notice the error.
Once your package is shipped and dropped off at the post office, I am not responsible for it. If it is returned to me I can reship the package to you, at your expense. If it is not or that is not doable, please message me to discuss the matter further.
Are you currently accepting custom orders/requests?
Yes, I am taking custom orders/requests. Please be aware there is a fee associated with custom orders. Message me for details.
What do you mean by back-to-back vs. separated weeks/months for all of your calendar inserts?
The options are for if you want each sheet to have a blank back page, so you can insert them, say, in between weekly spreads or whatever else you use to plan day-to-day. If you want them printed consecutively (back to back), that's more for if you keep all your monthly/weekly inserts in one section of your planner, separate from any other layouts/inserts that you have.
