Your personalized digital proof will be emailed to you for review in 1-2 business days. It will be sent by email to the email on file with etsy. Please make sure to check to make sure your email account listed is current and active.

Yes, we do ship international, but please allow an extra 1-2 day production time before shipping for all international orders. Rush options are not available for international orders.

All of our custom items can be customized in any of our standard colors. You can see color option on the last image in the listing or at orangevalentine.com/colors

If you provide specs and photos I can do my best to suggest a size, but ultimately you are responsible for measuring your products and approving the final size.

Yes! If you would like to include a logo or photo on your hang tag or stationery, please convo or email me the file in vector format (.eps/.ai) or as a .png or .jpg in 300 dpi resolution or higher.

Variable Printing is available at an additional cost (+$6). Variable print is when elements such as text, graphics and images change from one printed piece to the next. For example, a different employee name and contact info on half the cards. Here is the link to add on: https://etsy.me/2kNtbuE

The adhesive is not included with our sleeves because clients use different methods depending on their product or item. You can use regular clear or decorative tape on the outside or double-sided tape, glue or glue dots on the inside.

All my orders include digital proofs with unlimited revisions after purchase. I do not design proofs before ordering. If you do not like your digital proof once you see it after purchase, I do offer full refunds before printing, no questions asked. You just need to purchase first to get in my queue. I do this because my schedule is booked and I don't want to delay paying customers in receiving their proofs on time. 

1. Please check your spam/junk mail. The proof email will come from the sender "Orange Valentine" with a subject of "Orange Valentine has sent you a New Proof" and the email address of docs@email.pandadoc.com

2. Check your email address you have on file with etsy under You>account settings > email
If you no longer have access to the email address that was listed when you purchased, please let me know. If you change it after you purchased, I will not be notified so please reach out.

Your proof will expire after two months. If I am unable to make contact with you during this time, your order will be canceled and refunded with an exception of a $6 charge for the time spent on the proof design.
