Frequently asked questions
How do I unzip my files?
After purchase you should receive a link from Etsy which will allow you to download your zipfiles. When you have downloaded them, you will then need to unzip them so that you can then use the JPEG, PNG, SVG or EPS images. To unzip the files you will need a suitable programme such as Winzip installed on your computer or mobile device. If you have any problems or queries, please message me using the contact seller button.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
If you have made a mistake with your order, I can only issue a refund if none of the files have been downloaded.
