What are your Return Policies ?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order just let us know. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
Please contact us within 7 days from your delivery date for any defect or complaint you are having with our product.

You will be offered one of the following:
~Same item and identical design replacement.
~Choose from another one of our products of equal value.
~Receive a complete refund. ( minus shipping cost )

Please Note:
~Buyer responsible for return shipping unless manufacturing or printing defect.
~The item cannot be returned used or damaged.
~Return/exchanges are not available on custom orders unless the product has a manufacturing or printing defect (request must be made within 7 days of delivery).

Order processing time:
Your item will ship within 1-3 business days after we receive your payment.

Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee a delivery time for international shipments due to various custom policies and possible delays.
We will ship to the address specified in your Etsy order unless stated otherwise.

Do you offer custom and personalized products ? ---- Do I get a proof of my custom order before printing ?

Yes, we do offer custom/personalized orders. Please contact us. We will be happy to create something unique for you.

Upon customer's request, we will send you a proof of your custom order before printing.
Once your order has been placed we will send a mockup of your design on your desired product for approval. Once approved by you, the proof will be processed for printing.

Note: We do not provide proofs in the month of December.

What should I do if the item arrives broken/damaged ?

We do our best to ensure that your items are packaged with extreme care, but sometimes things happen beyond our control. If your item/s arrive broken, please send us a message within 24 hours with photos of the broken items and the shipping box. We will not send a replacement until we receive the photos of the broken item. We will confirm once photos are received. Please allow up to one week for your replacement to be sent out.

Please note that we will not issue a refund for a broken item received. We can only issue a replacement with absolutely no additional charges to you.

I used a wrong/old shipping address when checking out. Can I change it now ?

Yes, you can change it up until the item is marked shipped. All you need to do is message us and let us know your correct address. We will change it at the time of shipping.

However, once an item is marked as shipped that means your package is already on its way to the address you originally gave us at the time of your order. It is out of our hands at that point. The best thing to do is contact your post office or go to their website to see if a package intercept is possible. Take your tracking number located on your receipt and contact USPS immediately. Another option is to pick it up from the address you provided.

What are your custom/duty policies for international orders?

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE BE AWARE!!! Your country may charge you additional customs duties and/or import taxes. The buyer of the merchandise will be required to pay these charges upon delivery. LOUD UNIVERSE is not responsible for any custom charges imposed to you by your country.

Please Note:
~The full amount of your international order will not be refunded to you if you decline custom charges imposed by your country. You will only be refunded 50% of the cost or your merchandise in this case.
