Is this jewel available with other gemstones/pearls?
Yes! We offer a large variety of gemstones and pearls, in all sizes and shapes. Let us know what you'd like, we'll be glad to make it for you.
How can I find out what is my ring size?
We recommend you to get sized professionally, with a local jeweler/goldsmith. Any other method can result in inaccurate measuring.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All our jewels are sent beautifully gift-wrapped in an elegant jewelry box, ready to be given as a gift.
If you'd like to add a personal note to the receiver let us know.
Custom and personalized orders
Most of our jewels are custom-made per order, and require a processing (preparation) time of 1-2 weeks. Some of them are available in stock for immediate shipping.
To inquire whether a specific jewel is ready-to-ship, send us a message.
How can I expedite the shipping for my order?
We offer expedited shipping with FedEx, which takes 3-5 business days to arrive to most destinations. This option will be available to you on checkout.
Please note that the jewel will be shipped with expedited shipping after it has been processed (prepared). Processing times (the time needed to prepare the jewel) are detailed for each item.
What are your return policies?
We accept returns and exchanges for items that are not custom-made.
We charge a restocking fee of 20% on every return.
If there are any problems with the jewel you received, kindly contact us immediately upon receipt and we'll do our best to solve it to your satisfaction.
Customs Fees, Duties, Import Taxes
The buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees, duties, taxes, etc. that their country charges for all international orders.
PLEASE NOTE: Etsy has recently began adding the text "VAT included (where applicable)" and "GST included (where applicable)".
We are not registered to collect tax in other countries, so for the items in our shop, it's not "applicable" for us to charge/include tax.
Therefore our items prices Do Not include tax. The customer is responsible for paying all taxes/duties/fees, etc. that their country charges.
