Will there be tracking on my order?
Tracking is available for all orders, however, the $1 shipping for vinyl decals, stickers and single folded notes does not include tracking information. If you would like tracking information on these items, please select "Standard Shipping w/Tracking" as a shipping upgrade during checkout.
Help! I need this by [insert date here]. Can you guarantee that I'll get it by then?
Unfortunately, the USPS doesn't guarantee their 1st class and Priority mail shipping options, so I can't either. I can only guarantee when an order will leave my door. In addition to processing times, please allow 2-5 days for 1st class shipping and 1-3 days for Priority mail. In my experience, MOST packages will arrive within those time frames, however, every now and then a package will take the scenic route and arrive later. If your deadline is approaching and it really has to be there on time, please consider purchasing Priority mail to increase the odds. See my return/refund policy if you have questions about returning an item that didn't arrive on time.
Can you make a design for my sorority?
I'm adding sororities as time allows, and would love to hear from you. Even if I'm not yet licensed to carry products for your sorority, I can still create an Affinity Licensed Product for your bulk order of 10 or more like items. Please contact me for details!
I placed an order and I just realized I forgot to update my shipping address.
Send me an Etsy convo IMMEDIATELY with the correct address. Even if you've already gotten a shipping notification, sometimes the order will still be in my possession (sitting in the mailbox or waiting to go to the post office) and I can still change it.
Are any of your officially licensed prints available for instant download?
I'm sorry, but none of my officially licensed designs are available as instant downloads, due to a regulation set forth by the licensing authority in order to protect the integrity of merchandise bearing their client's marks. All vendors selling officially licensed products must abide by this rule or risk losing their license.
