Our leather axe loops are cut from 3-4mm bridle leather. We use top quality English vegetable tanned leather and copper rivets to create a good working axe loop.

While each loop is cut to a pattern, each is uniquely handmade so you may find slight variations in both size and finish.

The belt loop part will easily take a 2" belt (custom sizes to order).

We offer two sizes from stock but are always interested in unique custom projects. Our sizes are:

Small with a loop size of 2 1/4" by 1"

Medium with a loop size of 2 - 3/4" by 1-1/2"


The axes are shown for scale but are both Gransfors handmade axes, the smaller being the woodsman's axe and the larger the forester's axe.
