When ordering a custom item, all colours and arrangement are discussed, with examples of colours shown when possible. Payment must be received before the dyeing commences. There is a small surcharge for custom orders to accommodate the greater time commitment and the possible dyeing of test skeins.

Most items will be shipped within 1-2 days of payment being received, with first class postage in the UK. Postage to the USA and elsewhere is sent standard class with options to upgrade to tracked and signed for which provides insurance for your items.

Shipping on Made to Order items vary so when ordering I will contact you to discuss the order and turnaround times.

There are different shipping options available:

United Kingdom
- Royal Mail 1st Class (standard shipping option) £3.35 - Non-tracked
- Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for £4.45
- Royal Mail 2nd Class £2.85 - Non-tracked

European Union
- Royal Mail International Standard £6.00 (standard shipping option) or combined - Non- tracked
- Royal Mail International Tracked £9.50 or combined

Everywhere else
- Royal Mail International Standard £6 (standard shipping option) or combined - Non- tracked
- Royal Mail International Tracked £10.50 or combined

All tracked services will receive tracking information with your dispatch notice, this is insured up to the value of your items. You can upgrade your shipping to one of these options.
Non- tracked services are insured up to £20 for loss or damage.

Please note that for UK purchases of more than one item shipping cost is automatically upgraded to Signed for postage, any overages are refunded on receipt.

For postage outside the UK purchases of 3 or more items are automatically upgraded to Tracked postage, please contact us or leave a note with your order if you wish to use only standard postage, overages are refunded on receipt.

Please note: For International orders there is the possibility that your country will charge you a tax or customs fee, unfortunately this is something that I cannot control and they are not an extra delivery charge that I receive.

Which information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you at the point of ordering from our Etsy Shop. The data collected includes; your email address, your name, and the delivery address you provide, We do not collect or store any bank or card details for you as all payment transactions are carried out via the 3rd party processors; Paypal and Etsy

Your name and email address are used for the fulfilment of your order or for contact purposes relating to this.

Your postal address is solely used for the fulfilment of your order, providing you with goods purchased.

How is your data is stored?

Your data is stored on private devices that are either password protected and or encrypted. These are not shared devices, and kept securely.

Your online order/payment details are stored with PayPal or Etsy (3rd parties).
The information PayPal provides us with is: Your registered email address, your registered delivery address, and your name or business name (for business accounts). We do not have access to any of your bank or card details through PayPal, please refer to PayPal's privacy policy for more information on how they store your data.

The information Etsy provides us with is: Your registered email address, your registered delivery address, and your name or business name (for business accounts). We do not have access to any of your bank or card details through Etsy, please refer to Etsy's privacy policy for more information on how they store your data.

Customer addresses and names are stored within our Royal Mail (3rd party) account, for the purpose of fulfilling and posting your orders. This is routinely cleared, with data only being stored for up to 6 months per instance, unless as a regular customer your details are reused.

How long is your information kept by us?

Order emails and customer correspondence are kept for up to one year in our email account, after that they are deleted.

Order information is kept for 6 financial years, as per accounts regulations.
