Why have I received a notification that says my order has shipped if I have purchased a digital file?
When we send your files to your email we need to mark your order as "shipped" but Etsy hasn’t modified this for digital orders. Although a dispatch notice gives the impression that you are going to receive an actual item, all of our items are digital and not physical.
