How much is shipping?

Canada & USA -- Standard Shipping is FREE on orders totalling $35 or more! Shipping will automatically be adjusted once your cart contents reach the qualifying threshold in your currency. No coupon code needed.

Orders less than $35 will ship for a LOW FLAT RATE of only $5.

YES, you may COMBINE another SALE or COUPON with the FREE SHIPPING offer, however please note the minimum order amount ($35 CAD) must be reached AFTER any other discount has been applied.

NOTE: Please see additional FAQ at the bottom of this page about parcel tracking, delivery guarantee and shipping upgrades.

Currently I do not ship outside of North America.

When will you ship my order and how long will it take to arrive?

All orders ship out within 5 business days to allow time for hand-crafting each item. There are rare instances when it may take a bit longer (I am a mom and wife first, and we all know how last minute emergencies can crop up when you have little ones) but I promise to have all order dispatched in a timely manner.

Once your package has shipped, it should arrive
to Canada in 4-7 Business Days
to USA in 4-10 Business Days

Please NOTE: I cannot declare a package as "lost" or offer refund/replacement until at least 15 business days have passed for Canada/USA orders (30 business days for Int'l orders). So please allow atleast that amount of time to pass before contacting me.

What if I'm not happy with my item once I receive it?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ship it back within 10 days for a full refund (less shipping costs). Item must arrive in same condition as it was sent out in. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If there was an error with your order due to a mistake on my part, you can be assured that I will do whatever I can to rectify the situation at no cost to you. Just give me a shout!

It's been "x" days and my package has not arrived yet, can you help?

Canada & US

We ask that you allow up to 15 business days for packages to arrive before declaring it "missing". There are times when delays can occur beyond our control (customs, misrouted, weather, holidays, COVID) and sometimes they just need a little extra time to find their way to you.

We do guarantee delivery of ALL our packages but, we feel it's only fair to allow them sufficient time to arrive as we do not require you to purchase tracking like most shops do.

Will my package be tracked and do you guarantee delivery?

Flat Rate Shipping & Free Shipping is provided via Canada Post Letter Mail/Parcel Mail (depending on location). It does NOT include tracking.

I do however guarantee delivery regardless, as long as you have provided me with a CORRECT mailing address during the checkout process. I will ALWAYS ship to the address provided on the Etsy receipt. Please make sure this address is correct.

I will NOT be responsible for packages shipped to an address that you have provided to me, that is incorrect.

TRACKING: If you want to add tracking, you may contact me prior to making your purchase. However, adding tracking is approximately an additional $10-$15 and does not make the package move any quicker.

Why does my package say "1 of 2" or "1 of 3" etc? And why aren't all my items in one package?

In order to offer you the benefits of low flat rate and/or free shipping, I have to absorb the cost of the shipping myself out of pocket. This means that I will ship your items in the most economical way possible.

This sometimes requires me to package the items in separate packages and send out 2 or more packages per order depending on how many items have been purchased. Most will arrive together on the same day but it is not unusual for there to be a delay or two between packages. So please be patient and give a little bit of time of the accompanying packages to arrive.

Please know that I still GUARANTEE delivery of your entire order, regardless if it is sent in one package or more.
