Typical turnaround time for all items is 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders are occasionally processed on weekends, but this cannot be guaranteed unless rush processing is purchased. Please contact me directly to place a rush order.

Printing services are not being offered by Sprinkles Studio at this time. All products are digital files that will be sent to your Etsy registered email address. No physical items will be shipped.

Due to the digital and personalized nature of these products, refunds are not available. However, your complete satisfaction is my goal. If you have any issues with the files you receive, please contact me and I will do everything in my power to fix the problem.

Please note, Sprinkles Studio cannot be held responsible for low-quality prints. All files are high resolution, and the final printed product will be dependent on the printer you choose. Keep in mind that colors may vary slightly between monitors and printers. Most in-home printers should produce good results, but a professional printer can typically provide a higher quality product.
