Drop-ship partnership?
I don't currently offer any of my night lights for drop-ship arrangements.
Will the package contain a receipt?
Many of my customers order my items as gifts, so I generally don't include packing slips or receipts in my packaging. If you'd like a physical copy of your receipt included with your package, simply leave me a note at checkout.
Are your lamps safe?
Yes, and they can be left on throughout the night if desired. I have carefully designed each of my lamps with safety as my main priority. All of my night lights come with a low watt LED light bulb that does not radiate heat, and every electrical component included is UL listed and USA code compliant.
Do you offer color changing LED night lights?
Sorry, but no. However, many of my lights can accommodate your custom LED bulb. Contact me for more details if you're curious about a particular lamp fitting a specific type of bulb.
Malfunctioning lamp cord? Burnt out light bulb?
I will gladly send replacement lamp parts free of charge if they malfunction within a year of your original night light purchase. Just send me a message with your name, order number, and a description of your issue to get started.
If your lamp parts are more than one year old, replacements are available in the shop with free shipping to the US.
