Order Preparation
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 2-5 business days. But usually I do everything possible to send your order ASAP.
REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.
Shipping & Delivery time & Delays
It takes at least 10-18 business days for a package to arrive to Europe (to Italy and Spain it takes a little bit more), 8-18 business days to USA, 14-25 days to Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia. To Canada, Australia, New Zealand - 14-25 business days.
International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs.
If you would like something shipped in a particular way or within a different time frame, please just let me know.
Custom and personalized orders
Personalized products can NOT be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item will be exchanged. Exchange can NOT be proceeded, until we receive the original product in a good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, refund will be proceeded WHEN the product is received by us in a good condition.
Damage & Lost Parcel
We take full responsibility for our products, shipping & delivery. And in case of DAMAGE during delivery or loss, we will gladly send you new product. So there are no reasons to be worried :)
