5 out of 5 starsThis has been super helpful as we have guests who are coming to different parts of the day. That meant I could edit and print, then edit again and print. I am having trouble that some of the measurements don't line up with those on the printing website but will continue to play around and try again (smaller things like thank you cards, belly bands for invites, menu)

How do I access my editable template?
You will receive an email from Templett with a link to your template a minute after your purchase! (please make sure your Etsy email is up to date)
When can I expect to receive my printed item?
Once you OK the proof for printing, your items will print within 24-48 hours. Shipping time will depend on the shipping method you chose. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days (including Saturday for USPS). If you would like to receive your order sooner, convo me for a expedited shipping rates.

Do you provide printing services?
Yes I do! I offer the following printing services:
> Invitation printing: I print using very high quality, heavy card stock on professional commercial laser printer. I offer three paper types to choose from.
Where and how do I print my high resolution digital file?
If you don't purchase printing services from me, you will receive high resolution files that are formatted to print at your local copy or printing shop with crop marks for ease of cutting. You can also use an online printing service store such as Walgreens and Zazzle.
PLEASE NOTE: I always recommend printing a sample to see how the quality of the paper and printing come out before printing your entire order.
What aspects of my file are editable?
You can -
> Add, move, delete text boxes. Change font style, font color, all wording, and placement.
> Edit background color and style.
> Add a second page, back side, your own images.
> Edit placement and size of images.
You can't -
> Edit size and orientation of template.
> Most image colors, unless stated in listing
Do I need to purchase or upload any fonts?
No you don't! You'll have many fonts embedded into Templett to choose from, as well as the font you see in the listing's picture.
How long will I have access to my templates?
These templates are for personal one time use (i.e. your wedding event). You will have access until your event passes.
