1 out of 5 starsMessaged company twice to find out about product ordered over two weeks ago. No response. Days later I saw the company had taken a hiatus (maybe due to some emergency) but still believed my messages could have been responded to. I’ve had surprise gifts from others ordered from this company and didn’t have issues with product. However, this morning I received a message from Etsy notifying me of a refund I will be receiving within the next few days. No actual company response. I wouldn’t ding someone’s review because I hate to. But this is something that I had to mention due to me also being an entrepreneur and noting how important it is to understand customer inquiries. That gift was for someone’s special and planned for this week. So this was a bit irritating. I hope all is well in this company as I see plenty of get reviews.

Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are final and may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are shipped/packed in a black organza bag and a jewelry box. Additional gift packaging is available upon request. Please include your request in the "note to seller" box at checkout.
Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please request a cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase. Please understand we cannot cancel any orders outside of this time frame. Thanks for understanding.
Shipping
We will use your ETSY address unless otherwise noted. We are not responsible for incorrect address input. All U.S. shipments are sent USPS First Class Mail with tracking number. All INTERNATIONAL shipping is sent USPS First Class Mail with tracking while in the United States. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands and are left to USPS. If you would like add insurance on your order please contact us. If your order does become lost in the shipping process, it will be your responsibility to contact USPS. Your order will be shipped 1-3 business days once payment has cleared. Customs and made to order items have their own ship time. See exact listings for shipping time.
Care instructions
The easiest way to keep your jewelry looking brand new is to not let it get tarnished or soiled in the first place. For this we recommend proper storage. Keep your jewelry in an anti-tarnish case like this or even store your pieces in Ziplock bags to cut down on exposure to acidic chemicals and moisture in the air.
And while we know you want to wear your favorite piece everywhere and anywhere, try to keep your jewelry out of the shower, hot tub and pool. Also, if you are wearing heavy lotions or perfumes, let your body products dry a bit before wearing jewelry. This will cut down on the filmy layer that transfers to jewelry from the body!
Exchanges/Returns/Refunds
My policies state that custom and personalized items are NOT returnable unless there is a mistake on my part (wrong spelling, wrong metal type, etc) and that does happen from time to time as I am human and not a machine. But with that being said, I want all of my customers to LOVE the jewelry I create for them so please contact me with any concerns you may have (prior to leaving me bad feedback please!) and I am always more than willing to work out an acceptable solution for both sides. I love what I do and I want to make sure my customers do too!
