CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ADDRESS OR ORDER CONTENT AFTER SUBMIT ORDER?

CHANGE ADDRESS:
You can change your mail type after making the purchase by contacting us.

We will ship to the address on your Etsy invoice unless otherwise specified. So please CHECK AND UPDATE YOUR ETSY ADDRESS. If you wish to change your address or shipping service, please inform us within 12 hrs from your order date. Last-minute changes MUST BE CONFIRMED BY US in order to become effective. In case of an item is returned because of incorrect address entered upon checkout, we can resend the item after receiving payment for the cost to reship.

CHANGES ORDER CONTENT:
If you'd like to make any changes of your order, please contact us within 12 hrs. After 12 hrs, changes will not be accepted or will be charged at least 20% as it processed.

WILL YOU SEND A TRACKING NUMBER IF I PURCHASE FREE SHIPPING GREETING CARDS?

There will be NO TRACKING and the item will be NON-REFUNDABLE if not delivered. However, we understand that mistake might happened, we will offer one-time resend greeting card if it is not delivered within 3 weeks. Please contact us if you want to upgrade to shipping option with tracking number. The shipping option are as follows.

FOR LOST/DAMGE PACKAGE?

► For domestic shipping:

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once an order is shipped, USPS takes over the responsibility to deliver the order. In all cases that an order is already marked as "delivered", we are not responsible for any LOST/DAMAGE package.

In case an order is marked as "undelivered", please contact us to resolve the issue.

► For international shipping:
Once an item is shipped, we have no control over it.

HOW TO SEND PERSONALIZATION INFORMATION OF ORDERS

All final personalization details and order information must be put in NOTE BOX at check out or summarized in ONE MESSAGE to us after you submit your order.

WHAT IS VEGETABLE-TANNED LEATHER?

Veg tanned leather or Vegetable-tanned leather is one of several methods for tanning real leather. Vegetable-tanned leather is using tannins and other ingredients found in different vegetable matter, such as tree bark prepared in bark mills, wood, leaves, fruits, and roots. It is a "chromium-free" method, and does not have harmful chemical.

We will send you a proof if your order is as follows:

1. "Design Your Own" order
2. Requested by Customer
3. When an order has some information that need to confirm.

For regular order, you have 12hrs to change, so please make sure you check your information before or within 12hr of placing an order.

CAN I CHANGE THE FACE MASK'S COLOR AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Yes, you can change color within 12hrs after placing an order. Color can be changed upon availability and cannot be changed if we are out of stock on the day your order placed. All changed need to be confirmed by us in order to become effective.

My order says it has shipped, but USPS tracking is not updating. When can I expect an update?

This has been an extraordinary time of unprecedented challenges. The Postal Service is experiencing significant volume increases, while at the same time USPS employee availability has been reduced due to the impacts of COVID-19. The USPS is flexing its resources to process and deliver the mail as quickly as possible. It's not uncommon for USPS to skip package scans when they're running behind in order to allow them to move packages quicker than otherwise since additional scanning also means additional processing time.

While shipping procedures and delays are out of our control we are determined to make sure you're satisfied. Just know, once it leaves our shipping locations, your order is on its way to you.
