WHAT Busy board?
Busy board is a special development board for small children, the main function of which is the development of logic, fine motor skills and knowledge of the nature of things. The creator of this kind of simulator for children's fingers was Maria Montessori. She put forward the idea that for the knowledge of things around the child does not necessarily play with the switch, door locks, lightning, and other things, putting their lives in danger. For the safety of the child, it is rational to transfer these items to one place, observing all the rules for their safe use. Thus, the child will learn about the world, develop physically and intellectually.

Custom and personalized orders
We like to make personalized and customized orders. If you have interesting ideas please contact us and we will try to implement it.
Cancellations
It's possible to cancel the order if it has not yet been sent, but keep in mind that there is non-refundable 9% fee (I have to work through an intermediary), 1.9% + $0.3 for the US or 2.9% + $0.3 PayPal commission for other countries
Refunds and Exchanges
You should inform me about your intention to return the position within 5 days starting from parcel arrival date and send it back by air mail within 2 weeks for your own cost. Once I get the parcel back I'll give you the costs except for the 9% fee (I have to work through an intermediary), 1.9% + $ 0.3 to US or 2.9% + $ 0.3 PAyPal commission other countries. The delivery cost is also non-refundable.
In case the parcel is lost during delivery (assume it is, if not delivered within 65 days from the shipment date and is confirmed by tracking system) I will send you the same item or refund the full cost of the order.
Safety
All our toys are made with special attention to be safe to your child so details are securely fixed and materials are safe. All wooden details are thoroughly sanded and all items are securely attached to the board. We painted color details with faithful acryl paint that is used for the manufacture of toys. Please be aware that all parts are connected between each other very well, however, we do not recommend to leave your babies with the toys without the supervision of grown-ups. Exam the toy carefully every time before use.
Delivery/ Shipping
Processing time does not include shipping time. We ship worldwide from Ukraine. We use the Ukrainian Post Registered Airmail with tracking number. Shipping times can vary when shipping internationally and depend on other circumstances such as public state holidays, customs formalities and other delays. Items can take up to 45 days in customs. This happens very rarely We do not guarantee that items will be received by a certain date - it's out of our control.
