Instant download files are available immediately after Etsy processes your payment. This usually occurs within minutes, though Etsy does screen and review orders which can occasionally cause delays. After Etsy processes your payment, Etsy will send a receipt with a link to download your file. Downloads are not available through the Etsy app, though you can also access downloads from within your Etsy account as outlined below:

1. Log into your Etsy account

2. Select Your Account in the top right corner, then select "Purchases and Reviews"
3. From the list of purchases, find lemonblvd, and select the DOWNLOAD FILES button to the right.

For editable PDF files, designated text can only be changed using Adobe Reader. This software is standard on most desktop and laptop computers, but can also be downloaded FREE at http://get.adobe.com/reader/ for Windows and Mac, and on the Google Play Store for Chromebook. Other programs such as Adobe Pro, or default PDF viewers such as Preview can cause issues with the file. If you open the file in an incorrect program, I recommend deleting the file and downloading a new copy from Etsy.

Files can only be edited using a desktop or laptop computer, using Adobe Reader.

All PDF files can be printed at home or a local copy shop, on standard US letter paper (8.5" x 11") or A4 paper. You may use regular computer paper, though white cardstock (such as 110#) or photo paper will produce a higher quality, more vibrant image. Print at 100% with no page scaling.

Photo labs, copy shops, and print service companies may have their own restrictions for personal use only products. Please reach out to them prior to purchasing this item. You may need to convert the PDF to a JPG or PNG, which can be done with many online file converters for free.

For digital art prints, files can be printed at home or any local print shop. Photo paper will produce the best result.

At this time lemon blvd does not offer printing services. However, you are able to print your item at home, or any online or local print shop.

Due to the nature of digital files, I am unable to offer a refund once the file is downloaded or in your possession. However please let me know immediately if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, so I can address your concerns.
