Great quality, shipping was quick and no issues. This was a gift and they wrote my message on a lovely card that my friend loved so much which really elevated the gift. I'm in Australia, my friend is in Germany - it was great to be able to send straight to her husband and The Muse just handled everything for us.

I absolutely love it. Fits wonderfully, colours are beautiful. Arrived expediently. My only criticism is the design of the poof/body that attached to the back. It is loosely attached and with continued wear, given the weight pulling on the few threads securing it to the main portion of the beanie, I had to go and sew reinforcement to make it stay in place and move less, so it wouldn't rip off with time/wear.

A++. I contacted this shop out of the blue to make two custom bags for me and they rose to the challenge and exceeded it! They listened to what I needed, suggested a different type of bag, which worked better for what I needed it for, and put together the different images I sent and my ideas for what I wanted and turn it into two perfect pieces!!!! The bags are for the Halloween party at Disney World for my toddlers to be able to carry. One is going to be Sleeping Beauty and the other is Malificent as the dragon. Can’t recommend enough. I wish I could link the pictures of the bags but Etsy for some reason won’t let them.
