Payment
Made to order items are non-refundable, these items are made to your sizing and with your choice of fabrics or wool colour (as we do not keep the wool in stock and therefore only order it when you place your order) when ordering please make sure you let me know the measurements of your small person so we can ensure a good fit with growing room, I know there is nothing worse than receiving an item for it only fit for a few weeks!
Sale items are non refundable please check the listing size measurements carefully prior to ordering. Feel free to contact us for more details or product photos on sale items if this will help you with your decision.
Un-collected deliveries or returned post:
If for some reason your item is returned to us we will contact you to let you know and state the reason given on the parcel, as our items are sent using a recorded delivery service the time items are held for is often shorter. If you are going to be away when your parcel is shown to be due for dispatch please contact us we are happy to delay posting or to post to an alternative address. If your parcel is returned you will need to pay additional postage to have the item sent again.
Import tax / Customs charges
If you are based outside of the UK you order may be subject to import tax / customs charges please check with your countries guidelines. If you fail to pay these your item will be returned to us in this instance no refund is due. It is not possible for us to pay your customs charges.
Delivery
Made to order items (check the listing description) will be made up and sent out within a 1 - 2 week time frame, please bear in mind at busy times such as Christmas this maybe at the longer end of the time frame and delivery may fall out of the two weeks as the postal service becomes extremely busy. Please check listing for posting details as I edit the delivery time there so during busy periods it may show 3 weeks for turnaround.
Knit wear items the delivery timescales vary, please keep in mind items can take up to 2 weeks just to be knitted, they are then sent to me for washing and a shrink check before being posted out to you so our delivery times are always a minimum of a month and at busy times will be 10 weeks or more! Christmas ordering ends in September (sometimes earlier) so please bear this in mind.
If you require an item at short notice please start a conversation with me and I will let you know if I can meet your deadline! Items can be sent via a next day delivery service where needed, in this case I will create a specific listing just for you. Or if you are buying an off the peg item select the next day delivery and the item will be posted out the same day (where possible) or the next day if the post office is closed. I will send a conversation through when your order notification is received.
