PLEASE READ-> RETURN POLICY, SHIPPING & PICK UP
- Please note we accept returns within the EU ONLY . Please read our return policy before buying (this section) you can always send us a message requesting photo's or more info. Shipping your return is at your own expense always. Note that returns cost a small business. For returns please notify us of the return within 1 week of arrival, please then ship your item within 2 weeks of arrival back to us. Return is at your own expense and please use tracking as we are not liable for lost packages.
- delays & delays due to flight rerouting ( war in Ukraine) : unfortunately we are experiencing some delays due to rerouting of flights. Your parcel can take a bit longer to get where it needs to be, we hope you understand
- We don’t ship on Sunday and Monday. So orders placed on Saturday are shipped on Tuesday. Sunday and Monday are our days off, this means we don’t reply to messages unless its very urgent, we hope you understand.
- We ship via dhl parcel and postnl, tracking code can be found in your order overview and email (so check spam). Orders that have been returned as they have not been picked up at a parcel point on time can be shipped again at your own expense.
- Store pick up in our Amsterdam store is possible, just send us a message informing that you would like to pick up your order and we will refund shipping directly via etsy. Use code OPHALEN
- Small items such as scarves, jewelry and tops that fit an envelope, we will refund the extra shipping automatically via etsy once shipped :)

All the little treasures can be found in our store, Indianaweg10. We have selection of vintage & new clothing, brands, cosmetics, accessories and small household & interior items. All items are personally sourced by us en we only stock things we would like to have ourselves. Everything in store has been seen and touched by us.

-We use recylcled boxes for shipping
-For international shipping (outside the EU) please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery as we have no control over Customs.
