I contacted the seller about the delivery window as I was worried the costumes may not arrive in time for Halloween, the seller got straight back to me and made sure everything was here in plenty of time! Can’t recommend this shop enough!

5 out of 5 stars5 stars across the board! Seller was extremely responsive and helpful; she handled our custom requests easily and quickly. Amazing quality and details. Would recommend getting in hoodie form; oversized hoods and very roomy and soft - like wearing a cozy blanket! Seller also gave frequent updates so I knew what to expect at all times. These were a hit on Halloween and can/will be used as regular outerwear during the winter months for years to come! 10/10.

Our golden wings are made of 100m golden thread and it takes 8 hours to embroider it. -

Additional policies and FAQs
1. How long do I have to wait for item to be dispatched?
Some of our items are ready to go that means they will be shipped within 1-3 days. Some of our items are made to order which means it might take 1-2 weeks for us to prepare it.
Please be aware that during busy times such a Halloween and Christmas it might take 2-3 weeks before your item is ready to ship therefore is better to order way in advance.
If you need the item by specific date do please contact us immediately as we are always happy to help.
2. How long does the shipping takes?
This depends on what is the country of the destination, but it usually takes 7 working days to reach addresses in Europe, US and Canada. It might take a little longer for addresses based in Australia, New Zeland and Asia.
3. Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes, we do offer Express UPS Shipping. This takes 1-2 working days to reach you at your address and cost around £30 - £40 extra.
4. Are you open 7 days a week?
As we are family business we are open Monday to Friday as we love to spend our weekends together playing and having fun :)
5. How to measure your child?
- LONG SLEEVE - measure sleeve from top of outer shoulder to wrist on the back of bent arm
- INSEAM - measure from crotch to ankle.
- WAIST - Measure around the waist. (The waist will expand out from the size shown 2"-4")
- CHEST MEASUREMENT - circumference - measure 2cm under your child armpits
- LENGTH - measure from top of the shoulder to the half of the thigh on the back
