OREDERING CUSTOM ITEMS:

As I am a UK seller your purchase is covered by The Consumer Contracts Regulations.

CURRENT TURNAROUND - unless otherwise stated in your listing:

- Custom work is currently taking 5-15 Working Days
- Working days are Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays)
- Etsy doesn't exclude Bank Holidays from your dispatch date so they are manually edited after you order.

When you order a custom item you are agreeing to the turnaround times clearly stated on the listing that you purchased. It is your responsibility to read them before placing your order. Forgetting to read them is not a reason to cancel.

If you have a deadline that is shorted than 5-15 working days you need to let me know before ordering. I work on a first come first basis and cannot delay other customers orders because you forgot to read the turnaround.

POSTING YOUR ORDER

- This item ships from the UK.
- I aim to ship your order within 24 hours of completion.
- I post orders Tuesday & Friday.
- Next day collection on Wednesday & Thursday.
- To arrange a collection I need 1 days notice.

SHIPPING DETAILS

- UK orders are sent by 1st Class Signed-For.
- International orders are sent International Tracked.
- UK Special Delivery postage upgrade available in your basket.
- US customers, please leave at least 4 weeks for shipping.

CANCELLATIONS - There are some orders where you won't have the right to cancel. These include items that are custom or personalised orders.

However, I understand that things can change so If you contact me within 24 hours of ordering I will cancel your order for you. No work will be carried out on your order in the first 24 hours so you can expect a full refund, if you cancel during this period.

REFUNDS - You are not entitled to a refund on custom items so make sure you are happy with your choices before it is posted to you:

1. Be clear on what information you want on your custom order.
2. Check your design proof thoroughly.
3. Errors spotted after printing are your responsibility.

DAMAGED GOODS

Goods damaged in transit must be returned to me for a full refund. You are responsible for the return postage. Once I have received the goods I will inspect them and issue you with a refund for the original order and the return postage cost.

REVIEWS

It would be great if you could let me know when your order arrives and leave a review of your purchase once the option becomes available for you to do so.

If for any reason your parcel arrives damaged please contact me as soon as your parcel arrives so that we can work towards a resolution together. Please fight the instinct to type up negative feedback while annoyed.

Do You Take Custom & Personalised Orders?

I love making custom orders. There are a few things you should bear in mind before placing a custom or personalised order:

• Custom or personalised orders cannot be refunded.

• Please read the Turnaround FAQ below before ordering.

• You are responsible for providing accurate text for the design.

• You will get the chance to approve the order before print.

• Any text errors need to be corrected before you approve the design.

• You are responsible for the cost of any redesign that is required should you spot text errors after approval has been given.

• Web colours do vary from printed colours so exact colour matches are difficult.

What is the design turnaround for custom or personalised orders?

Custom or personalised designs can take up to 15 working days to complete. Working days are Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays).

• I post at the regional sorting office on Tuesday & Friday.

• Next day collections on Wednesday & Thursday - with 1 day notice.

• If you have a short deadline get in touch BEFORE ordering. You may need to pay for courier so arranging this before ordering is the most effective use of both our time.

• Your turnaround time begins once I have the design brief, all images and text and not from the date of order.

• I will contact you by Etsy convo with your design proof. Please check your convos regularly as any delays in approving the design will extend your turnaround time.

What format does my logo need to be?

If you want to add your logo to the design you have purchased click the 'Message Seller' button and attach your logo.

It needs to be one of the following formats:

• JPEG, JPG, PNG, or PDF
• Created at 300dpi minimum
• Monochrome (one colour) if using Kraft card
• CMYK is using what card or sticker paper

My listings do not include editing of your logo. They can be scaled down to fit your order but any other editing will require an additional design free to be paid before editing begins.

Customers supplying their own Canva logo must pay particular attention to the above info. Additional time taken to sort out incorrectly supplies logos may also incur additional fees.

Shipping & Tracking

• Tracking is now added to all orders.

• UK post will be 1st Class Signed-For.

• International post is sent International Tracked.

• International post will often get stuck at Customs in your country so please be patience as these delays cannot be anticipated and are out of my control.

• Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for shipping when ordering from the US, Canada & Australia.

• Please allow at least 3 weeks for shipping when ordering from the Europe.

• Please allow at least 5 days for delivery when ordering from the UK.

Postal Delays

• The delivery times quoted by the Royal Mail cannot be guaranteed and the seller cannot be held responsible for any delays after the item has been dispatched.

• To avoid disappointment it is recommended to allow additional time for shipping and consider requesting a courier quote if your deadline is short.

• Postal delays can be caused by adverse weather, extra customs security checks, busy holiday periods and industrial action so please do bear these in mind before reporting an item as lost.

Lost Post

It is always annoying when post takes longer to arrive than expected. Your post is not, however, considered lost by the postal system until a specific number of days have passed since the item was due to be delivered. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until after this time.

The times are as follows:

UK POST

• 15 ‘working days’ or more after the due date.
• Claim within 80 days of the date they were posted.

INTERNATIONAL POST

• Europe: 20 ‘working days’ or more after the due date.
• Rest of World (including US and Canada): 25 ‘working days’.
• Claim within 6 months of the date they were posted.
