Frequently asked questions
How to open the files?
After your payment is processed, you will receive a download link to your email address. You can access your files any time on your Etsy account: Etsy>Your account(You)>Purchases and Reviews.
The files usually come in Zip format, so make sure you have software that can open Zip files. To unzip the files on a Mac: Double click the zipped file. If you are on a PC, this is done by right-clicking the ZIP file and then choosing Extract All.
If you unzip a file to your Windows laptop and find a _macosx folder, it's all 100% safe to delete. I design stickers kits on a Mac laptop. A _macosx folder creates when a Mac user creates a zip file using the Mac. If the Mac user sends the zip file to another Mac user, the folder will not appear.
Refunds, exchanges or cancellations
Due to the nature of digital products, refund, exchange or cancellation is eligible only if the files haven't been downloaded.
If you have any issues or questions with the files, please send me a message, I'll be happy to help.
What type of sticker paper do you recommend and how to print?
I recommend glossy sticker paper for vibrant colors. Matte sticker paper works well if you are looking for easier writing.
Print on US letter size (8.5" x 11") or A4 sticker paper. You can find a variety of sticker papers on Amazon, Ebay, Staples.
Make sure to print at Actual Size or 100%, don't scale to fit.
Cricut users
Items include PNG and blackout PNG files for Cricut users. I do not offer support because I do not have a Cricut, but just send me a message to get a free sample to test the png/blackout png files with your Cricut first :)
