Care instructions

I use only high quality glassware and paints that contain only organic solvents.
The paints are water and sun resistant. But to ensure the long life of the products i do not recommend putting the tableware and glasses to microwaves and dishwashers.
To clean your items use your usual liquid glass cleaner or dish soap. Please use soft cloths and do not scratch the painted surface.
If you follow these simple instructions your items will live long and shine bright.

Delivery concerns

I use high quality glassware and I have experience in packaging and sending glass items. I use multiple layers of air-encapsulated plastic, styrofoam sheets and cardboard boxes. You may see the reviews - my items arrive safe :)

In case your item arrives DAMAGED, please make a photo of it yet in a box and I will replace it. Please do that immediately after receiving your order, because I will not be able to replace your item weeks after delivery date.

If you need faster courier delivery - contact me before placing an order to clarify the terms and prices. The price varies depending on the destination and quantity of items purchased. It may cost from $50 to $150.

Return Policy

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Because good customer service is very important for my shop.

Here is the return process in my shop:

1. You should send the parcel to the address I gave to you. You should pay for shipping to our warehouse. If I create a return label I take this cost from the refund money.

2. The warehouse staff should give a look-over to the item. If the item is damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or has obvious signs of use I will refund up to 50% of the item's price. If the item is in its original condition I will refund you the money (without postage cost I spent for shipping)
