It was sent in the mail flat, meaning that you have to fold the cardboard where the pre-fold lines are, which was no problem at all. The actual cut of the cardboard itself is a tad messy, but that’s not too noticeable. Thank you!

What is the return policy?
Returns will be accepted for exchange or refund on all items except art prints, cereal boxes and posters which accept no returns unless it arrives damaged.
You MUST contact us first and get confirmation to shipping your product back to us. You may do this by e-mailing through the ETSY site us with your return details.
We do not accept returns of products once they have been used. Products must be returned (postmarked) within 30 calendar days of the arrival at your location for replacement or refund. We will pay for return shipping for defective products ONLY, and ONLY via regular mail (do not send via courier). Customers must ship the item to us at their expense and we will credit the shipping expense (if the product is found defective)
